Preface

Clopidogrel use is becoming so common that doctors do sometimes hesitate whether it should replace aspirin in clinical practice. In this supplement, we review its mechanism of action and its ideal loading and maintenance doses and also address daily raised questions regarding its indications in the coronary arterial system as well as in other areas of the circulatory system. This supplement will help the readership to understand what the current place of clopidogrel is.
